WAVA FCCLA Chapter Officer Requirements and Their Duties

The requirements that all FCCLA Chapter Officers must meet are...

  • They must be affiliated members at the state and national level.

  • They are expected to fulfill their responsibilities as officers.

  • Attending and actively participating in all chapter meetings is necessary.

  • They must work together cooperatively with other officers and members of the chapter.

  • Representing the WAVA FCCLA Chapter in a professional and positive manner is important.

  • They should encourage and motivate members to take part in STAR Events, meetings, conferences, etc.

  • It is their duty to promote FCCLA to their peers and the community.

Ensuring that the meetings start on time

Preside over meetings​

Maintaining an engaging and well-organized atmosphere

​Comprehending the responsibilities of all officers and assigning tasks accordingly​

​Is highly encouraged to attend all chapter meetings, as well as regional and state conferences.
