Our Program of Work (POW)
The WAVA FCCLA Program of Work aims to enhance leadership development and growth by providing a range of opportunities and activities. These include community service projects, participation in meetings, participating in the competitions, recruiting in more members, and acknowledgment of our members' dedication. Our annual Program of Work is designed to inspire and challenge our members to maximize their leadership potential.

Our objectives for this year are as follows:

Participate in more STAR events and let members know the benefits of competition and potential awards
Maintain 75% or more of our existing membership while adding 12 new members by promoting ourselves here at WAVA and let members know the benefits of joining including community service and leadership opportunity's
Help our local community's though community services which includes local park pick, toys for tots, and food banks, etc.
